eric wright lol. Who didn't see a quick slant cmoing? I thought the browns might ahve ran a quick slant on 3rd down.
TJ Ward got blocked by Eric Wright who should have been covering him in the first place. He managed to not cover him, not tackle him, and block Barton and Ward. **********Automerged Doublepost********** But crap, at least we didn't lose like Houston lost. Wow! **********Automerged Doublepost********** My bad, just watched it again. Wright blocked Barton, Ward just missed him too.
Gotta respect the Browns. Love to see them lose, but respect how well they are doing against the "big guns."
Oh yeah, I'm very happy with where the team is heading. I wasn't so happy with the return of the 3 and out offense in the second half, but it was against the Jets D. It's definitely building. And I think we're an Eric Wright away from 6-3 instead of 3-6. It seems like we're playing close to everybody, regardless of talent. They played TB and KC (two winnable games) and lost them both late in the 4th. They had a 4th qtr lead in Baltimore. I'm very interested in seeing how they play @ Jacksonville next week. **********Automerged Doublepost********** But, how funny is it that the only difference that Braylon Edwards made in that game was that Stuckey came over in the trade for him.
I was just telling my Jets fan friend that they're sure having a lot of good luck against lesser teams so far in the regular season - eventually they're going to have to pay the piper.
Jets need Sanchez to make plays like he did today. There were 5 or 6 times when he looked dead to rights and still managed to make something happen.
