Jets coach Rex Ryan confirmed Stephen Hill suffered a concussion Sunday in the 38-13 loss to the Titans. I doubt he'll be ready to go for Monday night against the desperate Falcons. Hill has had a heck of a time staying healthy in his short career, and it doesn't help that he's still fighting the ball when it's thrown his way when he is healthy.
