While it appeared all but certain that Tony Sparano had coached his last game on the New York Jets' staff, a recent report suggests that his future has not been decided, according to ESPN.com. As of today, Sparano is still the Jets' offensive coordinator, and he could be back next season. This contradicts an earlier report that said the team already decided to fire him. Under Sparano, the Jets offense was unimpressive, ranking 30th in the NFL. In seven games this season, New York scored 10 points or less.
