your issues aren't leaving with zorn. how do you as an organization conduct interviews with outside canidates AND the assistant coaches for the head coaching job during the season ? i mean c'mon, what a joke.

Offensive issues will be gone with Zorn, defensive issues will be gone when Blache goes, it's actually pretty simple.

Allen should be able to hire someone in the D spot, considering we most likely have Shanahan on lock, not counting on anything because this is after all the NFL.

Personally I don't have a problem with them conducting interviews simply because Zorn can't coach for crap. Should he have had the position in the first place? No. At the same time though, if he knew he had too much on his plate, he should have said something, he didn't. So heck Zorn, we could leave his butt in San Diego for all I care, along with Blache and all the other coaches and players who have given up.

If you want to be a crapty coach, then I don't have a problem with management looking for people during the season. Zorn has been beyond crapty.

your biggest problem is the constant carosel of players & coaches. it always has been under snyder. it's the reason players and coaches give up in the first place. three years from now snyder will fire shannahan and allen and you'll be beack to square one, again.

to conduct interviews is assinine regardless of the head coaches record. it's another example of your team's owner not having a clue on how to run a football operation. plus the skins are flat out showing they could give two hecks about the rooney rule which IMO is bullcrap to begin with but the fact is you already have your next coach lined up and yet you're interviewing black canidates that snyder has ZERO intention of hiring ? the other thing that has become obvious is that shannahan is a gutless crap. it's an unwritten rule that you do not interview for a caoching job if the prior has not been fired yet and he's on record as saying as much.

bottom line is this, i don't like your team nor your fanbase but you still deserve better than that worthless dwarf owner.

The main problem with the Redskins was Vinny Cerrato, now I'm not saying Snyder isn't a problem because he is, however after firing Cerrato who was possibly the biggest clown in the NFL front offices to hiring someone with a respectable resume, it shows Snyder isn't as dumb as we all think. Still dumb, but just not as dumb.

I understand what you are saying about it, kind of like the unwritten laws and what not. Crap happens I guess. I don't like Zorn so I don't really care, I'm glad Snyder is at least attempting to get this going in the right direction for once and I don't plan on stopping him.

The truth is, Gray, Smith and Blache, most likely aren't going to be here next season anyways, so interviewing them is a joke, but at the same time I guess easy to not have to go out of your way. I personally think the rule is a joke as you, if I want the best person out there, whether he's black or not, it shouldn't matter, but rules are rules I suppose.

I guess I don't find it as crapty as you do or unprofessional, it's just a bad time and I guess I'm looking at it in a more bright way then you. I can see how it's messed up, but it happens when you come from a rich background of history and are looking at ending up 4-12. I mean hell, when we went 5-11 we were at least fighting in our games and still making some upsets, this year we've had one, Denver.

Most of our fans hate Snyder haha. They started up numerous Snyder Sucks chants in front of the owners box, of course about 20 security guards gladly escorted them out a couple minutes later. They were removing a fan from my section, which he should have been, completely obnoxious, and a man told them to go down and remove the owner Snyder. Even they started laughing about it too.

However I think most Redskins fan have given Snyder a little more credit, nothing major, but a little bit for getting Cerrato out and replacing him with someone who knows what to do, it at least shows for once that he's willing to try something new, at least for now that is, maybe later it'll all be a fluke.

it's alright to have different views, i do understand that redskins fans would have a different view on how zorn is being handled, it's your team afterall so naturally your frustrations are there that i do not have.

again as a rival fan i don't like the skins or fanbase but it's not on a personal level just football. you people deserve better than what snyder has given you for too long.

Yeah, well if changes don't happen within the next couple of seasons, then we might drop off of the sellout streaks because I don't see the fans staying around with him.

I mean you gotta give a new system a little bit to set in, but they aren't taking this crap. I'll always be a fan no matter what, just hopefully my season ticket prices drop!
