Jordan Farmar underwent surgery Wednesday to repair a torn lateral meniscus in his left knee, and the Los Angeles Lakers backup point guard is expected to be out approximately eight weeks. The surgery took a half-hour and was performed by Dr. Clarence Shields of the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Group. SOURCE FOX SPORTS
