Running back Knowshon Moreno is more than an afterthought for the Broncos, according to Associated Press. The continued struggles of Montee Ball and Ronnie Hillman in practice and in preseason games increases the chances that Moreno will earn more playing time. Offensive coordinator Adam Gase has praised Moreno's pass protection and was upset when Hillman fumbled at the goal line in the second preseason game.
