Barring any sort of unforeseen changes in the morning , it looks like linebacker Jo-Lonn Dunbar is heading back to the Rams and re-signing with them, Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports reports. Dunbar is coming off his four game suspension for using performance-enhancing drugs.
