Detroit Lions head coach Jim Schwartz has not ruled out pursuing Rams safety O.J. Atogwe according to Tom Kowalski of Mlive.com. As far as the pursuit of Atogwe or other free agents, Schwartz said, "I think we'll just leave it with what we said before. Every chance we have to improve the team, we'll explore. Let's leave it there." St. Louis declined to sign Atogwe to a one-year tender for $6,976,000 in , the player's salary for last year plus 10 percent, thus making him a free agent.
