Detroit Lions DT Ndamukong Suh (shoulder) will undergo shoulder surgery Jan. 10 and will not be able to take part in the 2011 Pro Bowl. Suh said he wanted to play in the Pro Bowl, but he said it was important to make sure he was full-speed entering the offseason program. 'It came down to making a decision to play in the Pro Bowl or to have surgery as soon as possible and begin rehab in order to help my team next year achieve our goals of getting into the playoffs and competing for a championship,' Suh said.
