The Detroit Lions were without four players at practice on Thursday. Three of them -- offensive tackle Jason Fox, defensive tackle Nick Fairley and safety Don Carey -- were out on Wednesday as well. Linebacker Ashlee Palmer joined them on the sideline on Thursday. Fairley's injury definitely is the most concerning of the bunch. He hurt his shoulder last Sunday, and it's unclear at this point if the Lions are keeping him out for precautionary reasons or if he's actually in jeopardy of missing this week's game against the Arizona Cardinals.
