Lions general manager Martin Mayhew has added two familiar faces to his staff: Miller McCalmon as assistant director of pro personnel and Cary Conklin as regional scout. McCalmon worked with Mayhew in 1999, when McCalmon was a college scout for the Redskins and Mayhew was an intern in their scouting department.
