The Lions have approximately 4,500 tickets remaining for Sunday's game against the Rams at Ford Field. The deadline for the Lions to get a sellout to avoid a blackout of local TV coverage is 1 p.m. Thursday. The Lions had 2,000 tickets remaining the Thursday before the home opener against the Eagles. They received an extension by the NFL into Friday to sell the remaining tickets and avoid a blackout. The Lions had four sellouts and four blackouts in eight home games last season. "Our fans made a big difference for us in the Philadelphia game," Lions coach Jim Schwartz said Wednesday. "Anyone that comes out to the game is going to get their money's worth. I don't have any worries that our home crowd will show up."
