Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford said he was fined $7,500 for his tackle on Chicago Bears cornerback D.J. Moore earlier this week. After Stafford threw his third interception -- this one to Bears cornerback Tim Jennings -- he pursued the cornerback. While in pursuit, Stafford tangled with Bears cornerback D.J.
