Nearly two weeks after he injured his right shoulder, Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford still hasn't tried to throw a football. Lions coach Jim Schwartz said the quarterback's rehabilitation is going well. But while Stafford could lift his right arm over his head, he couldn't untie his shoes with his right hand while sitting at his locker. "They will give me a day whenever they (the Lions' medical staff) feel like I am ready to throw and I will start throwing," Stafford said. "After that, we will see. I don't know what the plan will be, but it might be just to jump right back into it."
