The club announced this morning that offensive tackle Riley Reiff, the first-round draft pick from Iowa, has signed his contract. That means Reiff will be in camp on time today with the remainder of the rookie class, according to Tim Twentyman of the team’s Web site. Reiff’s four-year contract will be worth close to $8 million. Detroit is hoping to plug him in as a starter and watch him develop.
