Gonna be another down year for the Cubbies, so what else is new lol. Wasn't everyone on the sports channels predicting Boston to be a bad team this year? Tied for second best record so far. Looks like Toronto's Miami lineup isn't doing too good lol.
with the very large payrolls and high expectations in toronto, philly, anaheim, and los angeles, we may see some high profile firings next month unless these teams turn things around. i think the diamondbacks and rockies are going to make it very difficult for the giants to get back in the playoffs. everyone predicted the nationals were going to run away with the national league pennant this year. i'm not sold on them. they've got some issues.

An owner hires managers to MANAGE their teams. An owner should never meddle with the rotation or lineups. Loria is hands down the worst owner in baseball. The Cubbies suck, that is all.
Cubs lost today against the Mets 4-3. Half a game ahead of the Brewers. They suck. Watching espn baseball, Tigers at the Rangers. Cabrera has two home runs already through the 5th.
There's nobody alive that has witnessed my team win a championship. Can't get much worse than that lol.
Championships are nice, but not being able to have a favorite player because of a scumbag owner who trades every good player away on a regular basis is also tough to see, because its not like "oh player A will be a Marlin for life" it's when that player is good he will get traded, the game is guessing which team gets him.
