    Mark Teixeira is back in the New York Yankees' starting lineup after being limited to one pinch-hit appearance during the weekend series against Cincinnati because of bronchial issues.Teixeira was set to bat seventh and play first base in Monday night's game against Kansas City.Bothered by coughing since almost the start of the season, the two-time All-Star is batting .226 with five homers and 20 RBIs.Yankees manager Joe Girardi hoped keeping Teixeira out of the lineup would help Teixeira's cough to get better.
