According to Yahoo Sports, Michigan has offered SF HC Jim Harbaugh a 6 year head coaching contract worth $48 million. Thoughts?
harbaugh seems like he is way too much of a prima donna to be at michigan or anywhere long.he made the playoffs every year but this year, yet the 49ers are letting him go? he is way too high maintenance to be at michigan long term.
And that's the thing...if he goes to another NFL team...what's the starting point? $10M a year? 6-year, $60M? Being that he's a "primmadonna," will he want to hire his own GM? He's not going to want to "report" to anyone...
he is a good coach, but he has always been a pr**k.he picked a fight one time with jim kelly by saying stuff to him about his handicapped son, hunter.i'd love to see somebody beat the shirt out of him just for that.
2 SF 49ers sources and 1 NFL source, according to Ian Rapaport, are saying that HC Jim Harbaugh will leave SF after the Niners game to take the job as HC of the University of Michigan.
Well if he does leave sf and u of m gets their guy, with the amount of money he'll be making nothing short of conference champs and playoffs every year will be acceptable. I'll be happy if he can consistently get the program to ten wins a year. That would be a huge improvement.
