Mike Hlmgren considers the opportunity to run the Cleveland Browns "very, very appealing" and plans to give the team his decision "sooner than later." "I think in fairness to the Browns and their organization, I think you have to do that whether it's me or anybody else dealing with the organization," Holmgren said. "Exactly the day, that hasn't been decided." Holmgren, who spent two days meeting with owner Randy Lerner earlier this week, said during his weekly radio show Friday on Seattle's KJR-AM 950 that he liked everything he learned about the Browns during his visit. He called the chance to head the team's football operations "about as good a job situation as you can ask for in this business." "I had a pretty good feeling when I left," Holmgren said. "I had a lot of dealings with the owner, which is very refreshing. He's an honest man and a good guy. I just liked everything I heard. I think I'd have a real good chance."
