Redskins coach Mike Shanahan said tight end Chris Cooley's knee, which limited him to five games last season, has no swelling. He said Cooley probably feels as well as he has in several years. "Hopefully he's full speed once we get started with our (organized team activities) and he can stay injury-free," Shanahan said. Of course, this is assuming Cooley is even back with the team in 2012. Cooley is not a lock to return this season because he'll cost $6.2 million against the salary cap if he comes back. Source: CBS Sports
