Cincinnati Bengals receivers coach Mike Sheppard has agreed to become the Jacksonville Jaguars quarterbacks coach, Jason La Canfora of the NFL Network reports. A 17-year NFL coaching veterans, Sheppard has been with the Bengals since 2007, and has offensive coordinator experience with the San Diego Chargers, Buffalo Bills, and New Orleans Saints. Sheppard coached the Seattle Seahawks quarterbacks under Mike Holmgren in 1999-2000, and was the Saints quarterbacks coach before assuming the coordinator duties for the 2005 season. Sheppard replaces Todd Monken, who has accepted the offensive coordinator position at Oklahoma State University.
