The Dallas Cowboys (2-1) host the Chicago Bears (2-1) at Cowboys Stadium on Monday 10/01/12 Kickoff time is 8:30 pm EST Discuss….
The Bears are facing a jackel and hide team in this game. I do bet DeMarcus Ware is licking his chops to face J'Marcus Webb though. The Bears went into Cowboys Stadium two years ago and came out with a win but that means nothing now. If the o-line protects Cutler, the WRs get open, and the running game is clicking, I don't see why the Bears can't make it two in a row in that stadium. Another key is the defense getting to Romo. The Bears defense has 14 sacks through 3 games. Hopefully the trend of getting to the QB continues in this game.
This is gonna be a very hard game for the Cowboys to win. But if we learn from our mistakes I think we win this game.
If the Cowboys don't fix that OL, forget it. I think the Cowboys need to go to short, drop back passes. If they don't, Romo winds up in an ICU somewhere.
Jay Cutler, meet Mr. DeMarcus Ware. Cowboys should win if Romo gets enough time...big if. Sent from my LG-970h using Tapatalk 2
If Romo is smart, he will torture the Bears D with those short passes for 3 or 4 yards every play. The Bears have a hard time stopping those.
I'm looking forward to the Carr/Marshall matchup. Carr shut down Hakeem Nicks, Sid Rice and Vincent Jackson. Marshall is the best WR he has faced as a Cowboy Sent from my HTC Vivid
The 'boys should be able to get it done before the hometown crowd with their defense leading the way.
I don't know if you've noticed, but the crowd noise at Jerry World has been nonexistent when you compare it to Seattle. I don't get it. If they play as badly as they did in Seattle, there will be crowd noise, but it will be in the form of boos.
I'll admit, ragman, that I have not seen and heard one Dallas home game this year.....but I don't think any stadium can compete with CenturyLink Field. Maybe Arrowhead from yesteryear, but CenturyLink is nothing but an amplifier.
A quiet Cowboys Stadium on monday during the game would be just fine with me. I'm sure it would be just fine with Jay Cutler too.
eh, i don't think the cowboys o-line is as bad as the bears o-line. however, the bears defense has been getting to the qb better this season, so i expect to see both qb's on their asses quite a bit in this game. the only real question is if that happens, will cutler implode as usual?
