Now keep in mind these are the players I think will have the best rookie season, not best career. In the event a choice looks curious to you.

Also feel free to either rip the crap out of mine, post your own, or both

    QB-Sam Bradford

By Default. I think he will be the only QB to get meaningfull snaps this year

    HB- CJ Spiller

Matthews is getting all the hype for OROY, but I'll take my chance's with the supirior player in a hardcore running system

    WR 1 - Golden Tate

Competion in Seattle isnt going to be much, and Tate is a baller. I think he opens the season as the #2 WR

    WR 2- Dez Bryant

H.A.S. sets him back a bit, but was tearing it up VS the likes of Mikey Jenkins prior, and is a lock for the #3 spot. Probobly should be ready for the opener, and at the latest week 2. Good for 45-700 for you FF guys

    TE- Jermane Gresham

Watch out for Anthony McCoy here due to USC connections, but Gresham is the clear choice. By far the most talented TE, will start opening day, and will feast on WR's getting doubled

    OT 1- Anthony Davis

Okung would go here, but I'm not including anyone who is holding out. Davis should play from day 1.

    OT 2- Bryan Bugala

Tempted to put Trent Williams here, but is going to have a long season in the East with Cole/Ware/Tuck X6. Bulgala should be right at home at RT

    Note: Not going by LT/RT

    OG 1 : Mike Iupati

Iupati will be a dominant run blocker as soon as he takes the field. Pass blocking technique needs work, but he will be a top 5 run blocker his rookie year

    OG 2:Vldamire Ducasse

Ducasse is pegged to start in NY, o he gets this spot, as both Saffold I believe is getting worked at OT, and Jerry isnt projected to start. Ducasse has the makings of an elite OG, but he needs some work much like Iupati, but not quite as dominate. Playing next to Mangold will help alot

    OC : Markice Pouncey

Pro Bowl Rookie, mark it down

    DE- Derrick Morgan

The best DE in the draft has the makings of one of the more versitle DE's in the league, capable of playing well on either side. The most rounded of the DE's should be good for 7-10 sacks, and solid play VS the run

    DE- Brandon Graham

Where Morgan is IMO the bet overall DE, Graham is the best pass rusher. Will be a leathal pass rusher in sub sets, could be Mark Anderson circa 2006 with 10+ sacks as a rookie

    DE 3-4: Torrel Troup

A 5 tech/NT hybrid type fits what Buffalo will need with that style of 3-4. Will be a Marcus Spears type anchor VS the run. Odrick is better long term, and would be a better standard 5 Tech now. But they are both playing in the same style 3-4 and Troupp is better equipped to thrive immediatly

    DT 1: Gerald McCoy

Will be a disruptive Under Tackle from day 1. Could post 6 to 8 sacks

    DT 2: Linvel Jospeh

Joseph should be starting week one and will give the Giants beef in the middle they need. May not produce eye poping stats, but he'll go along way to keeping extra blockers of the rushers, and keeping the LB's clean

Note: Keep in mind, Suh isnt signed, so Im not including him

    OLB 1: Sean Witherspoon.

Possible DROY. Slated for the strong side where he will see alot of work in the run and maned up on TE's/FB's

    OLB 2 3-4: Koa Misi

Misi outside of possibly Wake is instantly the Dolphins best edge rusher, and is a better overall player to Wake. Could be good for 7-10 sacks

    ILB: Ronaldo McClain:

Will be an instant star and my pick for DROY

    CB 1: Josh Wilson

Will be playing the Nickel on a good defense, sets him for for a quality rookie season

    CB 2: Javier Arenas

Will be playing where he will play his entire career......the slot. He's a natural fit for it

    FS: Nate Allen

Long term, Earl Thomas is the much better player. Allen however is a guy that while he may have a low ceiling, will be able to make an impact immediately. Very cerebral player with a nose for the ball, also plays on a D that excells at pressuring the QB

    SS: Eric Berry

Lady and gentleman, here is your new prototype for the modern SS. Strong Safety's (particularly in a 3-4 with a 1 gap NT) are basicly CB's for TE that support the run. Box safeties are dinosours. For those complaining about him at SS, Berry's talent would be totally wasted at FS

    Three7s 1st Stringer

I've heard a lot of good things about Asamoah, as far as one of those OG spots go. Though he probably won't start anyway.

he wont see the field much if at all as a rookie

  5. SoDev

    SoDev Don't tase me, bro!

Too many Eagles... (based only on bias) *snicker*

  6. K Train

    K Train Do You Honeycutt?

QB- Bradford i guess....maybe tebow since he'll probably have a handful of rushing TDs and bradford will likely suck ass

RB- Javid Best....might be crazy but i think he puts together a better year than spiller. stafford makes strides this year and the lions passing game takes the next step, making the run game that much more effective. this man will get some chances to make some big plays

WR- Dez Bryant....a man among boys

WR- Golden Tate....tough guy. strong hands, great after the catch....he'll get every opportunity in seattle.

OT- Anthony Davis....will start on the right most likely and will dominate, he is a tackle that makes it look easy

OT- Jared Veldheer- i think hes probably the best LT the raiders have already....he could be on the fast track to making an impact.

OG- John Jerry- I think he finds a home on the interior of the dolphins line pretty early

OG- Mike Iupati....gore will run behind him more oftern than not

C- Pouncey because hes s*x on turf

DE- Jared Odrick- I think he starts right away with the issues going on with merling. he and langford are a pretty sick 34 End duo

DE- Brandon Graham- Just because of their scheme/rotation, he will get opportunities

DT- Brian Price- Apparently hes been man handling the competition and playing next to an explosive player like Mccoy he will likely get a little less attention and be able to stand out in his own right

NT- Dan Williams.....will likely be a stud NT in this defense playing between (imo) the best pair of 34 ends in the league in dockett and campbell. hes a penetrating NT and fits their scheme perfectly

MLB- Rolando Mclain....will be a hammer in the middle of that defense for a decade

OLB- Sean Weatherspoon- Will play sideline to sideline and get a ton of tackles in that defense

OLB- Would have had kindle here but hes out for the year so ill go with eric norwood...i think he will make alot of plays in carolinas defense, he can play all over the field

CB- Perrish Cox- i think he makes some plays this year and might actually take alphonso smiths spot relatively early. hes kind of a headcase which is why he fell but hes a baller

CB- Kareem Jackson- I think he could be poised for an outstanding year replacing robinson

FS- Nate Allen- Already #1 on the depth chart, will be a substantial upgrade over macho

SS- Eric Berry is the truth

Out for the year? What? I didn't hear anything about this.

  8. K Train

    K Train Do You Honeycutt?

several fractures to his skull...i dont think hes officially out for the year but i really doubt he plays this season and even if he does i doubt its enough to be effective
