    Prosecutors expect to ask a grand jury to consider more serious charges in the death of the 2-year-old son of Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson.

    Lincoln County State's Attorney Tom Wollman says he will review the autopsy and other reports before seeking any new charges against 27-year-old Joseph Robert Patterson.

    DaBears22's Take: Throw the book at that guy. Killing a two year old? Death penalty would be too easy a punishment imo.
