An appeals court has ordered a new trial for a man convicted of murdering the daughter of former NFL star Fred Biletnikoff. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals made the ruling Tuesday, citing racial discrimination in the trial of Mohammed Haroon Ali. That sucks, he admits to strangling the girl, and it's decided to be racist...I'd like to hear more about this to understand the conclusion. I couldn't imagine being a parent, having my daughter murdered, and rhen having to go through the trial twice when the guy admitted it...My thoughts are with the Biletnikoff family.
Wow, this is a sad look into our justice system and the way its handled. No wonder there are back logs piled up and millions of $$$ wasted.
