Doesn't every team in the league play a Thurday game already? NFL network airs 13. NBC has the season kickoff on Thursday. Fox and CBS have a game on Thanksgiving. So that is 16 games on Thursdays. Are they going to have some teams play more than one game on Thursday if they do this?
Thanksgiving is one thing but one Thursday game a week is just fine. Just another example of Goodell trying to fix something that is not broken.
Trying to get more games on TV to get more of that TV money in their pocket...while risking player safety. As usual... $$$$$$$ >>>>>>>>>> Player Safety.
There won't be much of a product to get that TV money when the teams can barely field a complete team with all the increase in injuries
