Well you can't say they haven't tried to address the problem. They've had tall, medium size, short; mobile, slash-types, statues; strong-armed, noodle-armed; guys who were previously cut for incompetence, and for cap reasons; adequate veterans, complete unknowns; 1st overall picks, 1st rounders, 3rd rounders, 6th rounders, 7th rounders, even 9th rounders; veterans who made their previous career in the NFL, the CFL and the NFL Europe; guys coming from big-name colleges, small colleges, and schools you wouldn't even know where they're located if you didn't look it up; whites, blacks, latinos, gingers... wow.
