    According to Scott Hanson of the NFL Network, who is covering the Owners Meeting on Twitter: "New Orleans wins super bowl 2013 bid!!" Earlier today Scott Hanson spoke with Saints owner Tom Benson who was confident about the vote. Benson said "We're not 'coming back'... we ARE back!".
