NFL Sends Second Hit Memo To Teams

Discussion in 'NFL General Discussion' started by BigBlueBruiser, Oct 24, 2010.

  1. The NFL e-mailed to each team a second memo Saturday that detailed players that have had multiple infractions for unnecessary roughness, according to a league source. Each team received the list and was told which players on that particular team were repeat offenders. One team's list had roughly 10 players that have been penalized multiple times for unnecessary roughness. Extrapolating that list over 32 teams means that hundreds of players are under the league's watch. The league sent out its first memo Wednesday, spelling out increased discipline for illegal hits to the head or neck area.

Honestly did 32 teams really need a second email to reiterate the NFL's stance on the pussification of the American NFL Sports fan?
