Dolphins defensive tackle Randy Starks had a nice start to the season, registering 1.5 sacks against Brandon Weeden and the Browns last Sunday. On his last sack, which came with 2:11 to go in the fourth quarter and Miami leading 23-10, Starks turned to the Dolphins sidelines and flashed his middle finger. It was slightly more subtle than Titans owner Bud Adams in 2009 shooting birds like he was playing Duck Hunt. And unlike Adams, who was fined $250,000, Starks will face no such discipline from the league, which deems it a club matter according to ProFootballTalk.com, The Dolphins aren't saying whether they'll fine Starks, who admitted that wasn't his best moment. "Of course I regret it,†Starks earlier in the week, according to the Miami Herald. "It's something I shouldn't have [done]. It was something that I was joking around with my teammates. Whatever consequences happen, I have to take it." Source: CBS Sports
