The NFLPA says they have evidence Greg Schiano is the leak of confidential information about Josh Freeman being a stage one participant in the NFL substance abuse program. The union says they have no confidence in the NFL's separate investigation because they have no knowledge of any previous discipline by the league in a confidentiality breach.
