Cardinals linebacker Karlos Dansby doesn't expect his decision to change agents to hinder negotiations for a multiyear contract, and he denied reports that his former agent was close to reaching an agreement with the team. "Not close, not even close," Dansby said. "That's why I felt there was a need for a change in order to get me a solid deal done that I'm comfortable with, that my family is comfortable with. Even with a new agent, Dansby is not optimistic a deal can be reached before the start of training camp. "I'm not sure it's able to get done," he said. Source: Arizona Republic
