A couple of weeks after the Ravens seemed certain that Derrick Mason would participate in training camp, the veteran wide receiver said Tuesday that there is no timetable for his return. Mason has been limited the entire offseason because he is recovering from offseason shoulder surgery. The Ravens report to training camp in late July. "You never know with Superman. I can come out with the cape and it could be the first day [of training camp] or the second week," Mason said. "You never know. But I'm optimistic that when it's time to play, I'll be able to play whenever it is. I'll be able to play when we play Kansas City [in the regular-season opener]." Source: Baltimore Sun
