We know Del Rio has already been axed and there are several coaches who appear to be on the hot seat and may be looking for work very shortly (Sparano, Spagnola, Haley, Reid, Caldwell, Turner, and Coughlin). But what about the 'others' ? Should these other coaches also be on the hot seat?

Marvin Lewis - Bengals -- If they Bengals slide continues and they fail to make the playoffs, this will make 6 of the last 7 years they have missed the playoffs. At what point is a change necessary here?

Mike Shanahan -- Redskins -- Why is there no heat on this guy? His 2 years in Washington have been nothing less than a laughingstock. Hell, I think Zorn and Spurrier did as good as this and they were both only given 2 years.

Leslie Frazier -- Vikings -- This team has WAY too much talent to be 2-10. This team isn't getting the headlines that the Eagles debacle has gotten but it's inexcusable for this to be happening.

Raheem Morris-- Buccaneers -- This team has taken a huge step backwards this season, including at the QB position, where the Bucs had seemed to finally find their guy. They are no longer in 're-build' mode and are losing to teams they should not be losing to. Why is Raheem getting a free pass this year?

Mike Shanahan is the only guy on this list that I think has already worn out his welcome.

Morris should be on the list, dude is talking and his team has completely fallen apart at times.

i thought about him but i had a hard time justifying firing a first year coach when he has a winning record and is leading his division. maybe you can come up with a valid argument. I couldn't.

See yesterday's game? Icing his own kicker? Two timeouts and wasting them was a huge error in yesterday's game. Not trying to get the ball closer? Was a mess all around. I believe there was another game this season where he hecked up as well...maybe a Cowboys fan can chime in?

I mean what kind of coach comes out and says that he's seen a lot of negative plays happen in that situation as justification for freaking up the call? Sounds like a defeated attitude to me...ball on the 30 and a time out left? Huge advantage for the offense there and Garrett had no confidence. He looked at it from the negative. Not what Championship teams do...

I voted for Leslie Frazier the Vikings are just Turrrable even in games they should be winning they always find a way to lose.

I don't have a clue why Marvin Lewis is even on this list, the Bengals are in the playoff hunt and will probably make it despite 2 rookies being the base of their offensive attack.

Andy Reid should be on that list. I don't want him gone but I wouldn't be shocked. But I say Shannahan. He's not good anymore.

    1) Reid is already on the hot seat list with the other coaches in my introduction

    2) I guess if you guys want to include Garrett on the hot seat list, that's fine. Personally, for me, one bone-headed move is not a firable offense. if that were the case, every coach in the nfl should be fired because they all have made at least one bone-headed move in one way or another.

It's been a series of bonehead moves and the Cowboys won against the Redskins despite Garrett...IMO. I can understand leaving him off until he has more time under his belt.
