Nothing On Lamar Odom Becoming A Mav?

I got a surprise this morning when I opened up the sports section of today's Dallas Morning News. In an article by Mavericks Insider Eddie Sefko, the Mavericks have acquired former LA Laker Lamar Odom.

The Mavs will not surrender any players. They are giving up a future first-rounder draft pick, in a season of their choosing. The pick is protected through the 20th pick and they have six years to decide when to send the pick to the Lakers.

The deal will formally be announced some time today.

 

Well Lamar was pissed when the original trade fell through, not surprised they got rid of him. They shouldn't have but whatever

 

Man, we really are going to be keeping up with those damn Kardashian's after this!

I think the Mavs have a good three-man rotation with Dirk, Marion, and Odom. And, I hear that they aren't done yet. They need a C to share time with Brendan Haywood and a PG to give them some insurance backing up Jason Kidd.

 

Reported on Espn Dallas the Mavs sign Delonte West to a one year deal and Vince Carter. Still have a shot to get Super Man. Lamar Odom is butt hurt now be he will get over it once he sees this awesome team being assembled.

 

Anyone see the news that Kobe's pissed that the Lakers didn't get more for Odom? Who cares? STFU, Kobe!
