Green Bay Packers starting safeties Nick Collins and Atari Bigby didn't attend Wednesday's voluntary practice, according to Greg A. Bedard of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. Collins, a Pro Bowl selection last season who has requested a new deal as he enters the final year of his contract, is contending with a "serious family issue." Bigby is reportedly recovering from December ankle surgery even though his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, recently wrote on his Twitter account that Bigby has recuperated and is "ready to make some big hits again."
