The NFL has announced time changes for several key Week 17 matchups. In the NFC, the final wild-card spot will be decided at 4:15 p.m. ET. That's when the Cowboys-Eagles, Giants-Redskins and Bears-Packers games kick off. Depending on the outcome of tomorrow night's Saints-Falcons game and Tuesday's Vikings-Eagles contest, the top two seed and first-round byes may also be at stake on the regular season's final day.
