According To NFL Vice President Of Football Communications Mike Signora, Packers cornerback Charles Woodson has been named NFC Defensive Player Of The Week. Charles Woodson on Sunday became the first player in NFL history to return an interception for a touchdown against the same team for three consecutive seasons. He took back a pick against the Lions and ran it back it 48 yards for a score in the Packers' 28-26 victory. The pick-6 was his 10th career interception return for a TD, moving him into third place all-time behind Rod Woodson (12) and the Saints' Darren Sharper (11). Charles Woodson also set a Packers team record for interceptions returned for a touchdown at eight, surpassing Herb Adderley. Source: Mike Signora's Twitter Page
