Green Bay linebacker Aaron Kampman says the rehabilitation work for his injured left knee is ahead of schedule and he expects to be ready for the beginning of training camp. Speaking to reporters in the wake of the Packers' 51-45 overtime playoff loss at Arizona, Kampman said Monday his knee is progressing well.
