Packers RB James Starks returned to practice following a two-game absence due to an ankle injury. Starks was a full participant and looks to be a go Sunday against Chicago. LT Chad Clifton practiced for the first time since Oct. 6, when he suffered a severe hamstring pull. The hamstring healed, but Clifton injured his back during rehab and wound up missing more time than expected. He was limited to individual drills and it's likely he'll take a few snaps this week if everything goes well but the plan is probably to get him some snaps in the season-finale, if possible, and see whether he's ready to play in the playoffs.
