Green Bay Packers running back James Starks is reportedly running full speed and close to being 100%. He aggravated a hamstring injury during the conditioning run at the start of training camp but has rehabbed for almost two months and is running full speed. Starks attends all the running backs meetings and watches every play during practice in preparation for his return. "Basically I'm just strengthening it a little more," Starks said. "But I think I'm pretty good. I'm trying to see how much I can tolerate and make sure everything is 100%. But I'm fine right now." Source: Tom Silverstein, Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel
