The Packers feel they have an advantage in Aaron Rodgers, who can put a little extra heat on his passes, making them effective even in windy or less-than-ideal weather conditions, but it doesn’t matter if the receivers don’t catch it and they know that. This receiver group has depth and talent, just ask Donald Driver. He will spend the week fixing the issue to make sure it doesn’t come up again. “I don’t expect a drop. They’re unacceptable,†said receivers coach Jimmy Robinson. “Because this is the life we lead and the game we play and this is their chosen profession and we have to excel at it, and that’s what we’re charged with. We’ve got to overcome adversity, the opponent, good coverage, a throw that’s maybe not perfect because that’s what we’re paid to do. “It’s a high standard and always will be.â€
