One NFL owner was not dismissing Rush Limbaugh's Rams ownership out of hand. "I would like to do my homework on him," he said. "I don't judge people on third party accounts or hearsay." One owner also brought up Limbaugh's past painkiller addiction as an issue that will have to be addressed. There are three strikes against Limbaugh. One, the NFL doesn't want druggies in its league, unless your Ricky Williams who owes you money. Two, and it's probably more this, it's really about Limbaugh's racist remarks. A number of players have commented on that and have said they won't play for a racist. Third strike might actually be a foul tip because it's similar to the second, but the union is against him, too.
