The Panthers signed seven players they released Saturday to their practice squad Sunday. Carolina signed running back Tauren Poole, who was battling with Armond Smith for the remaining running back job in the backfield. The Panthers also signed wide receivers James Shaw and Brenton Bersin. On defense, undrafted rookie Robert Lester signed to the squad.
