Carolina Panthers quarterback Matt Moore has been benched in favor of rookie Jimmy Clausen in the fourth quarter against Tampa Bay. Moore, who started despite suffering a concussion in Week 1, was pulled after getting sacked and losing a fumble. The fact that he started after being concussed says the world of John Fox! I don't think you should play the "if I can pass a test I can play" game and you shouldn't be eligible to play the following week.
