The only starter not on the field for the Carolina Panthers at their voluntary offseason OTAs was franchised defensive end Julius Peppers. The Panthers still seem confident, whether blindly or not, that he'll be back with the team for the start of training camp on Aug. 2. However, there's still no word from his agent Carl Carey on when (or if) his client will return. "I think he will be back," safety Chris Harris predicted. "I hope so anyway. We can use him.
