Panthers Cut QB Jimmy Clausen

    The Carolina Panthers have released quarterback Jimmy Clausen, Ian Rapoport of NFL.com reports.

    Clausen was a second-round draft pick of the Panthers in 2010.

    Clausen's not "Brady Quinn" horrible. Worst I'd say, is mediocre. Besides, he only got 1 season, under Fox's regime.
