Panthers veteran defensive tackle Andre Neblett has been suspended for four games without pay for violating the NFL performance-enhancing drug policy. Neblett is allowed to take part in training camp and play in preseason games. His suspension takes effect following the final major roster cutdown. He's eligible to return to the active roster on Oct. 1 following the Panthers' game against the Atlanta Falcons.
