Darin Gantt reports via Twitter that Carolina Panthers tackle Jeff Otah has been ruled out for Sunday's Week 3 game against the Bengals. He suffered a torn meniscus in his left knee last December and went in for an arthroscopic procedure on Aug. 4th. Otah said the current problem was an outgrowth of that situation.
