The Carolina Panthers announced Friday that running back Kenjon Barner, safety Quintin Mikell and cornerback D.J. Moore will miss Sunday's contest against the New York Giants. Barner, who rushed for 1,767 yards and 21 touchdowns with Oregon last season and was a sixth-round pick of Carolina in this year's draft, once again did not practice all week and has yet to play thanks to a sprained ankle suffered in the preseason.
